Farhan said authorities announced mandatory evacuations of civilians — particularly families with children — from seven more villages in the Kharkiv region and that between January and April nearly 200 humanitarian organizations reached more than 530,000 people in the region with at least one type of assistance, including aid for roughly 94,000 internally displaced people.
