Curriculum and building administrators committed to revising the form with the building administration and to return with a clearer process for future board review.
Outcome: The board approved the trips and camp but made approval conditional on a 90‑day pre‑trip written report and interim updates; the football camp update may be provided closer to its July date given schedule constraints.
