The Milford City Council on June 3, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. held a special meeting and voted unanimously to go into an executive session to discuss employee evaluations and follow-up conversations with management.
The presiding official opened the meeting saying, "The purpose of this meeting is follow-up conversations with management regarding employee evaluations," and outlined plans to meet first with the city foreman and with Kaye Beater, the city administrator, then with all office staff and crew members.
Council member Scott moved to go into executive session for personnel reasons; the motion was seconded by Terry. Council members Terry, Les, Ian, Scott, Russell, Eric and Wilson voted yes, and the presiding official recorded the motion as passing unanimously. The transcript records no other formal public actions during the special meeting.
After the closed-session motion, the council adjourned the special meeting and returned to its regularly scheduled City Council meeting. The public transcript contains no record of any personnel decisions made during the executive session itself.
