Development staff said the lots meet current zoning text requirements and match the approved development plan; Matt Ackroyd presented the plat for the applicant. No members of the public offered comment. A commissioner moved to recommend approval to City Council; Chair Oster, Mr. Titus and Mr. Roach voted yes by roll call to forward the plat recommendation.
The recommendation will be transmitted to City Council for final action on the plat. Staff did not identify additional conditions at the Planning Commission meeting.
