Commission backs Courtyards at Harris Farm lot split for future roadway extension

Grove City Planning Commission recommended approval to city council of a lot split that would create a 22.94-acre parcel within the Harris Farm development on London Groveport Road.
City development staff said the proposed split contains Subarea B from the approved development plan and includes right-of-way for a future extension of Hawthorne Parkway. Matt Ackroyd, the surveyor for the applicant, presented the application and had no further comments. Staff recommended approval as submitted.
No members of the public spoke. A commissioner moved to approve the Courtyards at Harris Farm lot split and the panel voted yes by roll call: Chair Oster, Mr. Titus and Mr. Roach all voted to recommend approval. The recommendation will be forwarded to Grove City Council for final action.
