Enforcement unit reports nearly 3,800 complaints and 1,636 citations through March 31

Malcolm Mitchell, enforcement manager for the intake and probation monitoring unit, told the California Board of Accountancy on May 15 that the agency has received nearly 3,800 complaints through March 31 for fiscal year 2024–25 and has closed more than 4,800 investigations in the same reporting period.
