Commissioners approve South Hills subdivision in Pocatello and two lot-line replats

They are creating 19 lots. 18 of them will be for apartment complexes.” She said the developer provided a bond agreement with the City of Pocatello and had bonded for interior monuments; she also said the road had been paved and construction on the subdivision was nearing completion.
The other two items were replats that adjust lot lines. Elise described one as “Angeline’s Place at Canyon Heights,” a two‑lot line adjustment prompted by slope constraints affecting driveway approaches; the second was a replat in Turkey Hollow Subdivision off Pitcock in the Inkom area, likewise a two‑lot adjustment with no construction required.
A commissioner moved to approve the two replats and the plat as presented; the chair called for the voice vote and the board answered in the affirmative.
