Seth Kramer, team leader for TCEQ’s Lead and Copper Monitoring Team, told the Drinking Water Advisory Work Group that the agency will accept additional service-line investigation methods for the baseline inventory required under the federal Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI).
