Clarifying details recorded during the hearing: LaRosa said she has held her current job (assistant store leader) for almost two years and seeks promotion to store leader; the committee noted the offense occurred nearly two decades earlier and there were no police incidents since the license was issued.
The committee’s action allows LaRosa to continue working in her managerial role, subject to the assigned demerit points under municipal licensing procedures.
