During the May 29 meeting the North Magnolia CRA Advisory Committee filled leadership positions and confirmed committee chairs for the coming term (terms run to March of the following year, per staff).
The membership confirmed Floyd Hershberger as co-chair of the advisory committee board after a motion and voice vote. Committee members also confirmed Clark Yandle to continue as grant-review committee chair and as chair of the site-review committee; those nominations were seconded and approved by voice vote.
Motions were made and seconded on the floor and adopted by the committee; the transcript records voice votes but does not capture a roll-call tally for these officer elections. Staff noted that the newly elected terms will run through March of the next year and that the grant-review chair will handle site visits and coordinate a backup reviewer.
