At its May 28, 2025 regular meeting, the City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission approved two items on the consent agenda.
The commission voted to approve the April 23 meeting minutes on a motion by Commissioner Padron, seconded by Commissioner Riggs. The vote was recorded as five approvals and one abstention; Commissioner Sherry McDade abstained.
The commission also approved a final plat for the Landmark Amenity Center (FP250016) on a motion by Commissioner Riggs, seconded by Commissioner Dyer. That item passed 6–0.
Both items were taken as part of a short consent agenda; staff reported no further questions and moved on to project-matrix updates and work-session items.
