Applicant asks to defer Prestige Commercial rezoning; commission grants deferral

The rezoning application would have sought to change about 13.3 acres from General Commercial (GC) to Heavy Industrial (HI) in Council District 3; staff and applicant indicated the request would be revisited after the applicant meets with staff and clarifies the preferred approach.
