The Saratoga Springs Civil Service Commission on May 28 approved a series of personnel actions across city departments. Most votes were routine approvals of provisional, temporary, seasonal or noncompetitive appointments; one housing authority appointment recorded an abstention.

Votes: approved.
- Firefighter eligible list: The commission established eligible lists and scheduled physical agility testing for Wednesday, June 11 at East Side Rec; informational item.
Context and procedural notes: Most motions were presented by staff and approved by voice vote with unanimous "ayes" recorded for routine personnel actions, except the housing authority exempt appointment where a commissioner stated an abstention because of a conflict (spouse on that authority's board).
