Delaware County Board approves resolutions 91–109 including grants, budget amendments and public works awards

The Delaware County Board of Supervisors approved resolutions 91 through 109 at a regular board meeting, adopting a series of budget amendments, grant acceptances and administrative actions that allocate funds for emergency communications, senior food-box distribution, opioid settlement programs, public-defender and mental-health services, and multiple public-works procurements and change orders.

The measures included a budget amendment to accept a statewide interoperable communications grant for the Department of Emergency Services and a separate public-safety answering-points grant; acceptance of funding from the Bassett Healthcare Network O'Connor Hospital Board to expand SNAP-Ed food-box distribution through the Office for the Aging; an appropriation of opioid settlement funds; and a transfer of funds for the Office of the Public Defender and for the Department of Mental Health.
