City partners praised for downtown music maker space; local promoter asks council support to bring pro boxing back to Sacramento

Powell said the boxer, Lorenzo Powell (the athlete), is a Sacramento native and a professional with an undefeated 4–0 record, and asked for municipal backing and resources to stage shows locally with the aim of building up to larger events.
