Ellis County approves multiple development variances and plats; denies one Clopton Lake Estates filing

At a meeting of the Ellis County Commissioners Court, commissioners approved multiple variances to the county's subdivision and development standards and acted on several plats that affect properties largely in the extraterritorial jurisdictions (ETJs) of Waxahachie and Midlothian.
