Cumberland County Board sets Director of Schools application window after community survey

The board indicated finalists and next steps would follow the TSBA process; members said they would review TSBA’s report and selection criteria when considering candidates.
The board also discussed timing for onboarding the new director, noting a transition target of July 1 in other agenda items about assignments for the new director.
