Curry County planning commission approves short-term rental permit for 94288 Agate Way

The Curry County Planning Commission on May 21 approved a short-term rental permit for 94288 Agate Way, reversing an earlier staff denial after the applicant made road improvements staff said brought the access into compliance with county standards.

The approval, which the commission moved to adopt based on staff’s proposed final order and conditions, passed with two votes in favor and one abstention. Commissioner Hollinger recorded the abstention; Commissioner Coker and the chair voted yes.
