Commission postpones review of fair event contract for 'Revved Up Roping' pending legal review

Commissioner Sherry (mover) and a seconded motion postponed the item so county counsel can review contract language and confirm insurance and indemnity requirements. The motion carried on a voice vote.
Staff will return with a revised contract incorporating counsel’s recommended indemnity language and consistent vendor-fee treatment.
