Other formal actions: - Resolution No. 2025-30 — Gateway Lafayette annexation eligibility finding (agenda item K): Approved unanimously. This resolution finds the annexation petition meets statutory eligibility criteria and allows the city to accept future development applications (sketch-plan PUD and others). Not a final annexation or zoning approval.
- Resolution No. 2025-32 — VASA Fitness special-use review, parking modification and Summit Marketplace PUD amendment (agenda item L): Approved unanimously. Conditions include limiting the use to indoor recreation and requiring building-permit compliance for ADA, EV and any site improvements.

Procedural notes: The council’s approval of the Gateway Lafayette resolution was an eligibility finding under state statute, not an approval of annexation, zoning or development. Several items (annexation, sketch-plan, PUDs) remain subject to additional staff review, neighborhood meetings, Planning Commission hearings and subsequent council votes.
