The commission’s discussion centered on steep slopes, large retaining walls and emergency access. Planning staff told commissioners that engineered plans have been submitted to county engineering but final engineering approval had not been issued. “Engineered plans have been submitted to county engineering,” planning staffer Tammy said during the meeting.
