At the end of the special meeting the Blufftown Council voted unanimously to go into executive session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation under Utah Code 52-4-205.
Councilmember Britt Wornsby moved to enter executive session "to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation pursuant to Utah code 52 4 2 0 5 and adjourn thereafter." The motion was seconded and passed by unanimous voice vote. Chair Linda Sosa said she would turn off the recorder before the council entered executive session.
