PSC approves consent agenda items including supplier license changes and Little Elk Solar deadline waiver

The Public Service Commission approved six items on its consent agenda during the June 11 administrative meeting, including a waiver extending the operational deadline for Little Elk Solar LLC and several license and broker renewal actions.

Chair and commissioners voted on the consent items with the chair and Commissioners Suchman, Barbay and Richard recording affirmative votes.
