Commissioners asked whether the station would support the nearby airport and how firefighting water supplies would be provided given limited parish firewater infrastructure. A representative said the station is in proximity to the airport and that developers typically include necessary freshwater supplies for new developments; the record notes a large pond across the street that could be a potential source with appropriate permissions.
The commission approved the final site plan by unanimous vote.
