Staff said Armco Industries provided engineering and structural consulting for the replacement specifications and that the district will pay repair costs up front and then pursue FEMA reimbursement and mitigation where eligible. "FEMA has agreed through all of our meetings that this does meet mitigation," a staff presenter said.
