The City Council approved Resolution 10‑2025, which updates the city’s authorized signatories for the Public Treasurers’ Investment Fund (PTIF). The resolution removes former Finance Director Jamie Jones and prior treasurer Bryce Nelson from the state PTIF access list and adds Casey Hunsaker (city treasurer), Peter Brown (finance director) and John Call (city manager).
City Treasurer Casey Hunsaker said the change is a housekeeping item that fell through last year’s staff transitions and that the resolution will allow designated staff to access PTIF records when necessary. “This is a good cleanup,” Hunsaker told the council. Call said the change is intended to ensure continuity of access should staff be unavailable.
Councilwoman Watson moved to approve the resolution; Councilman Severing seconded. The resolution passed on a roll‑call vote.
