John Call summarized changes to the RDA portion of the budget, including a correction to an entry for a planned $360,000 item that staff said had been an accounting entry and the planned turn‑lane project that will now be completed next fiscal year to avoid construction during the July 4 parade. Call also noted a $24,000 allocation moved from the community development authority (CDA) line to the RDA budget and a planned purchase of analytics software the city labeled “PlaceYourAI” for about $24,000.
Councilman Severing moved to approve the RDA budget ordinance; Councilman Pulver seconded. The ordinance passed on a roll‑call vote.
Call said staff will present a list at a subsequent meeting showing capital projects that span two fiscal years so the council can see which invoices and projects were moved forward.
