A consultant for ETC presented the results of Timnath’s 2025 community survey to the Town Council on June 10, saying 622 residents completed the survey and the margin of sampling error is ±3.4 percentage points at the 95% confidence level.
The survey found high overall satisfaction: 95% of respondents rated Timnath as an excellent or good place to live and 93% rated it as an excellent or good place to raise children, Derek Harvey, project manager for ETC, told the council. Harvey said the town scored above regional and national benchmarks in most categories.
