Board discusses bathroom upgrades, dugout and field renovation at Cadwell complex

Board members noted organizers use interim measures for large tournaments, including bringing portable restrooms or trailers for major events, and that portable facilities have been deployed on occasion. Staff acknowledged the planned upgrades in the current budget year would improve fixtures and finishes but would not increase the building’s footprint or capacity.
