One motion was to meet in executive session to discuss “financial data relating to financial affairs” for a ten-minute period beginning at 9:25 a.m.; the minutes show the board entered the session and later resumed open session with no action taken. The board later approved a five-minute executive session at 10:10 a.m. to discuss non-elected personnel; the minutes again record no action taken when the board returned to open session.
Other agenda items at the June 9 meeting — including budget presentations from multiple county departments and nonprofit program funding requests — were discussed in open session and will be addressed in departments’ budget work plans; several items produced board directions to staff rather than recorded votes.
