Commissioner Moore moved to approve the minutes with the noted corrections and Commissioner Hayes seconded; the motion passed. The corrections were entered into the record before the vote.
Later in the meeting staff provided an update on the city's 2023 comprehensive plan update, saying the project is near completion and staff is reviewing final comments. "We're close enough that we're going over the last comments and last revisions that have been made and reviewed," City planning staff member Cody said, and staff expects to present a recommendation to the commission at the July meeting after a scheduled meeting with the consultant firm Freeze and Nichols.
No formal action was taken on the comprehensive plan at this meeting.
