Commissioners asked about signage during temporary closures; staff said they will post updates and consider laminated notices indicating work is in progress and that access will be restored as soon as possible.
Staff also reported other beach-related near-term work: temporary repairs to stairs elsewhere, fencing around Devendorf Park to protect the public during work, and a review of the Fourth Avenue outfall as part of longer-term design work.
