Commission approves revised paint sample for 145 North Grant Avenue

Applicants Christine Panofsco (Grad Architects) and Sangeetha Lakhani were sworn and described the revised sample. Commissioners had no outstanding objections and moved to approve the paint sample. The motion carried with the customary voice vote.
The approval covers only the paint sample submitted; the existing storefront and building envelope detailing remain subject to standard permit review and coordination with staff.
