Poulsbo, Wash. — The Poulsbo City Council voted June 11 to approve a consultant contract with Skillings Incorporated for design of the Eighth Avenue culvert on South Fork Dogfish Creek. The council authorized the mayor to sign a contract for $302,121 to fund design work, geotechnical studies and permitting.
