Court selects nine-member salary grievance committee and alternates for FY26 budget hearings

The court also announced nine alternates: David Huber; Christopher Karshnik; Kenneth Smith; Gretchen Smith; Tessie Smitherman; Lisa Farina; Marlene Miller; Christopher Womack; Caroline Bolton; Linda Vaughn; Emily Price; James Fischetti; Kimberly Vaughn; Madeline Price; and Aaron Hernandez. A commissioner moved to approve the committee members and alternates and the court recorded a unanimous vote. "Alright. Motion in All in favor? Motion carries 5 0," the clerk said.
The court did not discuss individual nominees27 qualifications during the meeting; nominees will be available to serve if grievance hearings are requested under the salary-grievance procedures for the FY26 budget.
