Commissioners approve county funding report totaling $5.47 million

The Williamson County Commissioners Court voted unanimously to approve the county funding report and a set of additional payments presented by the auditor's office.
Linda Sumner of the Williamson County Auditor’s Office told the court the electronic funding report submitted last week totaled $5,470,461.99. She also presented three addenda: two wire transfers, two impressed account payments and one benefit payment totaling $831,371.71. “I’m Linda Sumner with the Williamson County Auditor's Office. I'm requesting approval for the funding report that was submitted electronically last week in the amount of 5,470,461 and 99¢. In addition, I have 3 addendums, 2 wires, 2 impressed account payments, 1 benefit payment for your approval totaling 831,371 and 71¢,” Sumner said.
A commissioner moved to approve the report; the court recorded the vote as unanimous. The clerk announced, “Motion and Motion and All in favor? Alright. Item carries 5 0.”
The court took no separate action to itemize or discuss individual checks or vendors in the public record at the meeting; Sumner presented the totals for court approval.
