The Marietta Board of Lights and Water received and filed its annual water quality report, which staff said shows that Marietta’s drinking water “meets or exceeds all federal regulations and standards.”
Staff told the board printed reports will be available in the BLW lobby and City Hall lobby next week, and digital copies are already online. Board members said they planned a short notice in the city newsletter and confirmed an insert announcing availability will appear with customer bills; customers may request a printed copy.
A board member moved to receive and file the report; the motion passed 6–0. Staff characterized the action as informational and did not request additional board direction during the meeting.
