Yuba City Council approves $75,000 SCADA contract amendment, OKs $150,000 fleet budget adjustment

The council authorized an additional allocation—roughly $150,000 in total—to cover outside repairs and specialty equipment work that the in‑house shop cannot complete. Staff said the fleet division recently filled long‑standing vacancies and expects that improved staffing will reduce future outsourcing costs.
