The New Rochelle Zoning Board of Appeals granted a 12‑month extension for Case 172024, a proposed subdivision by Steph Becca LLC to create four buildable lots at 234 Wilmot Road, at its June 2025 meeting.
Abel Rodriguez moved to grant the 12‑month extension for Block 3147, Lot 219; the motion was seconded and carried on roll call.
Jessica Zaelin, counsel for the applicant (Bocutte and Fader), appeared to place the applicant’s status on the record and told the board the final subdivision plat had been filed with the county and returned to the city on May 27. "We have a building permit application in," Zaelin said, adding that a new address and tax map number are being finalized and that the applicant expects to appear before the Planning Board on a building permit application for the new residence.
Board members asked procedural questions during the administrative item; no members of the public registered opposition. The board’s motion grants the owner a 12‑month extension to complete the steps necessary to finalize the subdivision and proceed toward permitting.
Roll call on the extension recorded affirmative votes from Robert Stanzial, Fernando Arias, Abel Rodriguez, Charlotte Abadir and Bridal Azner. The motion carried and the board closed the extension item.
