Committee approves meeting minutes and removes several updates from its referrals list

Councilmembers announced motions and seconds and the chair called for voice votes; in each case the chair called “All those in favor? Aye. Anyone opposed?” and no opposition was recorded on the transcript, after which the chair confirmed the item’s removal.
