The board first approved minutes for multiple May meetings. Commissioners then placed a list of items on and approved the consent agenda, which included contract awards, amendments and purchases (examples listed in staff materials) and the subsequent formal approval of those consent items. The consent list presented by a commissioner included items such as a sole-source contract with HS GovTech Solutions Inc., bid awards for self-contained breathing apparatus, fair concert tent contract, HVAC design for Fire Station No. 7, amendments to hazardous waste and food-waste contracts, a lease-purchase agreement for a Pritchard Pass communications site, a contract amendment for jail food service and others as listed in the staff report.
The board approved an employee sublease for 400 West Snow King Unit 11 and approved four 24-hour manufacturer's off-premise permits submitted by Jackson Hole Winery for tastings at Astoria Hot Springs on June 5, June 8, June 12 and June 15, 2025. All items on the consent agenda and the administrative requests were approved by unanimous voice vote.
Motion details: the placement and approval of the consent agenda were moved by Commissioner Gardner and seconded by Commissioner Carlman. The employee sublease was moved by Commissioner Pope and seconded by Commissioner Gardner. The four 24-hour manufacturer's off-premise permits for Jackson Hole Winery were moved by Commissioner Gardner and seconded by Commissioner Probst. All motions carried unanimously.
