The Menomonee Falls Board of Trustees approved a development agreement with Fox River Falls, LLC on June 2 for the Fox River Falls "edition number 3" subdivision, which will include 14 single‑family lots and related public infrastructure.
Trustee Kress moved approval of the development agreement, with exhibits to be finalized by the director of engineering and development; the motion passed unanimously. The agreement covers installation of sanitary and water mains, sewers, roads, a retaining wall where applicable, and other public infrastructure. Per the motion, the developer will pay construction costs and dedicate the completed public improvements to the village at no cost.
The agreement also authorizes an 18‑inch sanitary interceptor extension along the east side of the property from the village lift station on Silver Spring North to a connection near Lannon Road by the railroad crossing. Part of that interceptor was started in a prior phase; the developer will fund the installation and be reimbursed for 85% of the installation cost with impact fees. Future phases of the development will extend the interceptor to Lannon Road as the project proceeds.
The board recorded the item as 7A and approved it by voice vote. The director of engineering and development is authorized to approve final exhibits and construction details per the agreement.
