The approvals were made by voice vote and passed unanimously. The village clerk read the items aloud; the renewals and new licenses were granted subject to building, health, fire, planning and police department approvals as listed on the agenda.
Items on the consent agenda included: 2025–26 renewals for class A (combination fermented malt beverage and liquor), class B fermented malt beverage, and class C wine licenses (per the attached list); 2025–26 unenclosed premise permit renewals; a 2025–26 class A fermented malt beverage and class A liquor application for Jahar Khodir Ma LLC (agent: Jain Patel) for Falls CBD Vape Smoke at North 87 West 16453 Appleton Avenue, subject to building department approval; a 2025–26 class A fermented malt beverage and class A liquor application for Speedway LLC (agent: Damien Bordeaux) for Speedway 4226 at North 87 West 17245 Main Street, subject to building department approval; and a fireworks permit application from Wolverine Fireworks Display Inc. on behalf of Menomonee Falls High School for June 6, 2025, at the high school, subject to any applicable department clearances.
Other consent items included unenclosed premise permits for Delta Hotels by Marriott Milwaukee Northwest (parking lot at North 88 West 14750 Main Street) for June 7, July 8 and Sept. 20, 2025, and an unenclosed premise permit for a Menomonee Falls events parking lot area at Village Park (North 87 West 16749 Garfield Drive) for July 19, 2025, subject to zoning and police approvals.
Village President Jeremy Wells presided; Trustee Matt Hayes moved the consent agenda and a second was recorded. The board voted by voice; the chair declared the consent agenda passed unanimously.
