A voice motion was recorded (“So moved. Second.”) and the roll call vote returned seven ayes: Councilman Bowman, Vice Mayor Brown, Councilwoman Campbell, Councilwoman Farabee, Councilwoman Harper, Councilwoman Mugler and Mayor Gray. The council then recessed to a closed session in the Lawson Conference Room to consider the listed matters.
