Friends of the Folsom Zoo donate $100,000 to sanctuary

Platt described recent uses of Friends funds including veterinary care, a rebuilt barnyard experience and aid to construct a new coyote exhibit; she said funds are applied where the sanctuary needs them most. Mayor Aquino thanked the Friends for the donation and said the city values the group’s long-term support.
