SPRINGVILLE, Utah — The Springville Planning Commission on May 27, 2025, voted to recommend that the City Council adopt an amendment to Springville City Code Title 11, Chapter 5 to create a senior housing overlay zone for the Eternal Springs development.
Carla Wiese, a Springville city long-range planning and economic development staffer, told the commission staff and the petitioner worked to produce language that would allow independent senior living in a zone that had been designated for neighborhood commercial use.
