Applicant Jennifer Hiramoto told the board she had failed to include the wrought-iron portion of the fence elevation in the public advertisement and asked for the case to be held and re-advertised. Board staff and the board administrator confirmed the omission and advised the applicant that re-advertising was required. The applicant said she would work with staff and expected neighbor support.
Board member Kathleen Davis moved to hold BDA245061 under advisement until the panel’s June 17 meeting; the motion passed 5–0. The board administrator will mail the decision letter noting the holdover and will coordinate re-advertisement and staff review to ensure the case is properly noticed for the June hearing.
