Southfield City Council on May 19 authorized the chairman of the Southfield Brownfield Redevelopment Authority and the mayor and city clerk to execute an estoppel, recognition and subordination agreement with Arbor Realty SR Inc. and Northland City Center. The documents will allow the developer to obtain takeout financing and proceed with construction activity for Phase 1A of the Northland redevelopment.
