Sartell-St. Stephen archery program wins at nationals, plans local tournament

The Sartell-St. Stephen Community Education archery program told the school board it returned from the Western National Tournament with top finishes and is planning a local tournament for next February.
"This was our third season. We had 98 archers, 15 coaches," said Bob Brzingka, identified at the meeting as the archery coordinator working with Sartell-St. Stephen Community Education. He said the district'taught program includes elementary, middle and high school participants and that the elementary team went undefeated at the Minnesota state level this season and placed at nationals among more than 2,000 archers.
