Forest Park Mayor and Council on May 19, 2025, voted to adopt the meeting's consent agenda and to add a discussion of an unexpired term on the Urban Redevelopment Agency (URA) board to the night's agenda.
A motion to adopt the consent agenda was made and seconded; in a roll-call vote Council members James, Gunn, Akins Wills and Mears voted yes. Council member Gutierrez was not in attendance and was recorded as absent.
Later the council considered adding item 6 — a discussion of the vacancy on the URA board. A motion to add the item was made and seconded and carried by roll call with the same four council members voting yes.
The votes set the meeting's business order and permitted council discussion of the URA vacancy later in the session.
